Complete with a gorgeous garden and lakes, the B&B has been featured on TV’s Gardeners' World, Oxford Channel and in the Sunday Times.
We have recently been upgraded to the special ETC/AA 4 Red Diamonds. We now have free Wi-Fi wireless broadband for all house guests. Access for the guests in the lodge is in our guest lounge. We are adult-orientated because of the restful nature of our accommodation.
Guests who enjoy space to themselves can stay in the farm's gorgeous garden lodge by the lake, with up-to-date decor and a 'shabby chic' style.
Enjoy the character of the beautiful house, with inglenook features, beams and an aga kitchen. Sit by the lakes and the restful, tinkling waterfall, with far reaching views over our 300-acre working farm. Watch the red kites soaring overhead and whistling in the native black poplar tree, and an abundance of other wildlife.
We are a working farm in a quiet lane behind automatic secure gates. There are cosy, local pubs within walking distance, serving excellent food. London Heathrow is 30 minutes away, and Oxford is 20 minutes away. A 2-night minimum stay is required. |

Relax in this cosy, Victoriana room with wrought iron bed and oak beams. The room is decorated to a very high standard with an en suite shower. This is a charming, romantic room with a king-size bed and en suite toilet/ basin and its own dressing room. A separate shower is available on the floor below. Dressing gowns are provided. The room benefits from magnificent views over the lakes with a host of wildlife and pasture fields with sheep and horses peacefully grazing. Enjoy lovely views over the lake and pastures from the veranda, where you can view red kites and have ducks as your neighbours.
The Garden Lodge has a lounge, a kitchen area, a king-size bed and an en suite shower. It is very tastefully decorated in a ‘shabby chic’ style. The lodge is on the ground floor only but there are 3 steps leading onto the veranda.
A 4-night minimum stay applies on weekdays and a 2-night minimum stay applies at weekends. Stays are on a self-catering breakfast basis. |

Directions
From Oxford or London junction 6 M40/A40, take the B4009 towards Princes Risborough for 2 miles. Take the first left in Kingston Blount, and drive 300yds past village green. Turn right into Brook Street then immediately left down a drive to the end and through the automatic secure wooden gates. From Thame take the B4445 South to Chinnor. Once in Chinnor turn right at the mini roundabout onto the B4009. It is then 1.5 miles to Kingston Blount. Take the last right, and drive for 300 yards, past the village green. Turn right into Brook Street, then immediately left down a drive to the end and through the automatic secure gates.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
A Lakeside Town Farm B & B
Enjoy a relaxing break in our peaceful farmhouse B&B set in a small village bordering Oxford South at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, with no passing traffic.
The room features Victorian brass twin beds, en suite with bath, separate shower next door, colour TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, dressing gowns, cosy central heating, immaculate furnishings and sherry for that pre-dinner sip.
